United StatesTerrible. I ordered 4 robes and was charged for 4 robes but only received one. When I contacted customer service they responded that they needed pictures, which I sent them. I have not heard back from them after several additional attempts. I will now take this up with my credit card company for reimbursement
United StatesI have never liked drying off with toweling. I bought one of these, and then another, to be able to wash one and have one always. The first one is now probably five or more years old in perfect shape.
