Exchanges
Exchanges are always FREE. Items that have been customized with monogramming may not be exchanged unless item is defective.

Luxor Linens can accommodate orders to the entire United States including Hawaii, Alaska, PO Box/APO and FPO. For complete pricing information refer to our shipping rates. Please Note Free Shipping only applies to domestic purchases.
Customers shipping orders Internationally may be required to provide proof of identity and a photocopy of the credit card used to make the purchase in order to prevent fraud.
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.
Orders received Monday - Thursday by 11:00 PM (EST) normally leave our distribution center within 24-72 hours after the order has been placed. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
Monogrammed orders will add to the processing time. This time varies depending on the amount of items in the monogram queue.

All non-expedited orders will have a processing time within our facility of 3-5 business days. Weekend orders and orders submitted after 1PM Eastern Time will begin processing the following business day. Please be advised we may encounter additional delays during seasonal peak occasions. Thank you.
