The color beige on the towels was as close to my notion true beige, and was an unexpected surprise. On the other hand, the pulled loops I see after only one washing is very disappointing. .
My first order of the Maribella Luxe towels was not good. There were picks in the material, strings on the sides, and one bath towel had a large mistake in the weave where one could see through parts of the towel. That said, I would order from Luxor Linens again just because of the FANTASTIC customer service I received. When I received the towels, they were the right color and weight for what I wanted. I went ahead and washed them prior to use. Upon taking them out of the drier, I could readily see the poor quality of several of the pieces, but since I washed them, I knew I could not return them. (They make that clear in the orders.) I was upset as this was my first order with this company, and I felt that I had spent a lot of money for towels that looked, well frankly, awful. I sent an email to customer service, and photos of the towels. Long story short, they replaced the towels. The Mariabella Luxe are fair towels--lighter in weight and quicker to dry, I'm not sure I would recommend them. I do, however, really recommend Luxor Linens. It's really nice to know that a company stands behind their product.
These towels are the ultimate triple threat; soft, lush and durable. More than that, each one is the perfect size for its intended purpose, so I can wrap one around my head without feeling like I’m carrying a stone, and the face towels are feather soft and don’t shed any lint onto my skin. All in all, I’m satisfied with these towels and would buy them again, but so far the set that I’ve got is serving me well and based on the quality, I’d say I’m probably gonna have them for a long time.
