United States United StatesThis robe was purchased for my fiancé for Christmas. She had asked for a thick fluffy robe. After searching many sites, this is the product that I chose. She has come and eat and it’s off nice and warm every time she puts it on. And it is actually A “twofer” deal as I get to enjoy the benefits as well. Nothing I am wearing women’s robes but every time I snuggle up to her on the couch and she is wearing it I get to feel the thick fullness and softness of it. In regards to pricing, it may have been a little more expensive than others. However, when you look at the customer support (when I ordered this, I believe they were out of it or possibly out of the original one I ordered. I was notified this by not only a text but a follow up phone call from a sales reps. They offered to upgrade my order for free as they were out of the one I was needing. Thinking back though I am not sure that I received any upgrade as I believe this is the one I originally ordered. But either way a phone call and a text from a online store? That’s bananas.) The offer to go above and beyond was appreciated but the communication what is amazing. For that I don’t mind paying a little extra. And one less thing I should mention that it came monogrammed and gift wrapped. Looking forward to trying other products they have
I received this for a Christmas Gift. I love the feel of this robe. Soft smooth, I feel like a queen. Just one caution. I am 5ft3 130 lbs. The small is too small for me. When I sit, the robe opens. So, unless you are really tiny, get the larger size.
We were told these would be perfect for our spa and they were exactly what we were looking for in a luxury robe. So happy with the recommendation and product.!!!!
I was looking for a luxurious practical robe and I found it! It washes well and has sophistication. I don’t mind walking around as if it’s a house coat. I’m seriously “adulting” in this robe. Highly recommend!
