They never shipped the item and didn’t respond to my emails. Calling the merchant was pointless as they direct you to email them, with no opportunity to speak to a human nor leave a voicemail.
Ordered these towels and despite receiving a shipping confirmation, they were never received. No response from customer service when I emailed them.
I have ordered the Anatalya Beach Towel on several occasions. I have held off on ordering any additional towels because the color choices have become nearly non existent !! . I am limited to yellow or navy blue... what happened to Ocean blue, Red, Orange and Green?? It has been nearly 2 years, will the color choices ever be available again?? ( The 3 stars are for limited choices not the actual product, which is great)
I love this towel. I have them in a few different colors. I am hoping they will bring some of the other colors back. Very durable and great quality!
