I changed it for a 3” fine jute/burlap ribbon which is more eco friendly chic, classic and suitable for a female gift than the provided one. Overall, it was a good presentation.
United States United StatesI bought the robe with monogram and gift wrapped for my husband for Father's day June 1 with the shipping of 3-5 business days. I did not receive notifications or any shipping updates until I emailed the company On June 10. They responded they had and issue with shipping and it was being shipped out. I checked tracking on June 12 and it was still in pre shipment. My order finally arrived Saturday June 15 , 14 days past order date, and just one day shy of Father's day. I had anticipated giving it to my husband early but couldn't. They did give me 15% coupon to make up for it.
Sheets were great but I ordered the wrong size. I ordered the correct size tonight (will keep the original ones) but your web site changed the shipping address on the last page and I was unable to to correct it or to call your company directly to do so. I have emailed you but suspect that the sheets will come to my address and I will have to pay to send them to the correct address. Also the original sheets were sent in gift box that included the receipt for them. I hope that your webmaster can correct these site shortcomings.
